UTSW Psychiatric Hospital | Dallas, TX
CORE Safety Group provided the general contractor a onsite safety staffing on this new $300 million UTSW psychiatric hospital located in the medical district of Dallas Texas. Upon completion the facility will have 296 beds and will serve both adult and pediatric patients.
As part a stringent owner specification requirement, our safety consultant provided full-time safety management support which included overseeing OSHA and contractor safety requirements.
Daily duties included conducting OSHA safety inspections, reviewing contractor documentation, conducting toolbox talks meetings and providing site orientations for new contractors.
