Now through April, employers are required to post a copy of OSHA’s Form 300A which is a summary of your company’s job-related injuries and illnesses that occurred in 2016. This summary should be posted from February 1st to April 30th in common areas so that all employees can see it. If your company has 10 or less employees or you are in a low-hazard industry that is exempt from OSHA recordkeeping, you are not required to have and OSHA 300A log posted.
