The NCCCO Rigger Level I & II Test Prep course is an intermediate level training designed specifically to benefit workers in rigging operations who may be preparing to take the Level I & II NCCCO Rigging Certification Exams. This comprehensive training provides a broad overview of rigging responsibilities, as well as reinforcing inspection criteria, the proper use of slings, rigging, rigging hardware, and more. Upon completion of this course, participants can expect to be fully prepared to achieve NCCCO Certified Rigger status.

The NCCCO Rigger Level I & II Test Prep course makes the most of rigging operator’s study time with practice tests, study guides, and interactive quizzes to prepare participants for the Level I & II NCCCO Rigging Certification Exams. Specific course topics are reinforced through supplemental workbooks and include the following:

  • Inspection criteria for slings, rigging hardware, below-the-hook lifting devices, hoists, winches, and other rigging equipment
  • Proper and improper use of slings, rigging, rigging hardware, and below-the-hook lifting devices
  • Standards and regulations governing the use of rigging operations
  • Common knots and hitches
  • Hand, voice, and other audible signals
